Great Personality

I met Tim through Domain Realty,who had been sending me Emails for the past two years of houses i might be interested in. When my brother and myself finally got down to Florida we contacted Domain realty and they put us in touch with Tim. We started very well Tim has a great personality and is easy to talk to. We soon started looking at houses and Tim got a feel for what we wanted. After looking at about 30 houses in a two month period and loosing a couple of bids we were ready to take a break and visit my daughter in Georgia. Then received a call from Tim one of the houses we looked at in Port Charlette just reduced the price to $298,000 we offered $270,000 and Tim got it for us at $284,000 Thanks      Jim W.
